An emerging artist who is quickly becoming recognised for her expressive mark making and loose painting style. Sophie’s paintings demonstrate beautiful colour palettes and intelligent handling of space, using squared brushes to create contemporary and engaging studies of her subjects.
Growing up on a small holding in the beautiful Cheshire Countryside, Sophie studied A Level Art before an alternative career path lead to a life in London and a 15 year separation from her paintbrushes.
Back in Cheshire, Sophie’s passion for art was reignited in 2018 with her love of the countryside an immediate influence on her work.
Over the last five years she has established a strong following, selling paintings across the UK, Europe and America.
